Celebrate the life of Gord Edgar Downie and the music of the Tragically Hip at the 8th Annual GEDfest. Enjoy music by Edmonton's quintessential Tragically Hip cover band, Hipnautical, with opening acts Monks on Call and Blues at 11, along with a silent auction and survivor raffle.

Born in Calgary a year after Gord's passing in 2017, GEDfest has grown into annual Tragically Hip-themed concerts in 6 cities across Canada, raising more than $500,000 in support of the Alberta Cancer Foundation and cancer-related charities across Western Canada. This year's fundraising goal is $325,000.

Proceeds from the Edmonton event go to the Ben Stelter Foundation, helping children fighting glioblastoma, the same cancer Gord Downie had, and other cancers.
