Russ & Darrell Dwarf started Killer Dwarfs in late 1981 in Oshawa, Ontario. After releasing their self-titled debut album in 1983, they established a solid following in Canada, breaking through in the US when San Antonio D.J. Joe Anthony started spinning their album on a regular basis, and gaining worldwide attention after being signed to EPIC in 1987. The band, known for its offbeat sense of humour (all band members adopted the surname "Dwarf"), have now sold over 2 million records, and have been nominated for two Juno Awards during their career.
Currently the Killer Dwarfs are Russ Dwarf Graham on vocals, Darrell Dwarf Millar on drums, Gerry Dwarf Finn on guitars, and Johnny Dwarf Fenton on bass.
